She deeply believes in the power of the human soul, in the will to overcome obstacles, and ultimately in finding a way to continue one’s journey. We all have the capacity to face difficult moments and emotional wounds; however, sometimes we need someone to accompany and guide us to rediscover our path.
The therapeutic process is an endless journey of inner discovery… an exploration of the inner world of both the therapist and the client. She feels joy, emotion, and gratitude to be a companion on the clients' personal inner journey and to evolve alongside them.
The journey of psychotherapy has obstacles, difficulties, and emotional pain… often requiring courage and bravery. However, in this journey, one does not have to be alone. The alliance lies in the need for a good collaborative relationship, which includes not only the concept of the relationship but also the agreement on the actions and goals of the therapeutic process. This is crucial for the course of therapy and is considered one of the most important factors for the success of the collaboration between the therapist and the client.
