Individual Session
The individual session is a safe and personal space where the client can express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns in collaboration with the psychotherapist. The purpose of the individual session is to facilitate a deeper understanding of oneself and to help the individual manage daily life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and self-esteem issues.
In each individual session, the therapist creates an environment of trust and acceptance, where the client can speak freely about whatever is on their mind, without fear of judgment. The discussion is tailored to the personal needs of each individual, taking into account their unique goals and expectations.

Through the therapeutic process, a deeper awareness of emotions and thoughts develops, aimed at resolving inner conflicts and improving mental health. As therapy progresses, the individual is encouraged to discover new ways to cope with problems and to enhance their emotional resilience.
In individual sessions, the client focuses on issues that concern them, and with the help of the psychologist, they identify personal difficulties and entanglements, as well as hidden strengths within themselves. Through psychotherapy, they learn to recognize and express their emotions while exploring alternative ways to address the issues that affect them.
In individual psychotherapy, the psychologist aims to establish a therapeutic relationship with the client based on mutual trust and honesty, within a safe and supportive environment.
"Self-awareness is a supreme gift, a treasure as valuable as life. It is what makes us human." - Irvin D. Yalom
