Group Session
Group psychotherapy is one of the most effective forms of therapy, helping participants communicate and connect with others in a unique and profound way. It facilitates the acquisition of new knowledge, information, and ideas through the sharing of stories and experiences among group members. Group psychotherapy provides a supportive environment where individuals facing similar challenges can share their experiences and draw strength from the group dynamic.

In these sessions, participants are encouraged to express themselves freely, with respect and trust, while the therapist guides the group, ensuring a positive and effective therapeutic process. Group therapy offers unique benefits, as it helps members understand that they are not alone in the difficulties they face. Through interaction with others, participants learn new ways to cope with problems and develop communication, empathy, and self-awareness skills. The dynamics of the group often accelerate therapeutic progress, as participants draw support and feedback from both the therapist and other members. Additionally, shared experiences create a sense of community, which can reduce anxiety and isolation. Group sessions are suitable for individuals who wish to enhance their personal development, improve their interpersonal relationships, and gain support from a broader therapeutic context.

As a Psychologist-Psychotherapist, I provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, I hold a legal license to practice, sufficient education and experience in psychotherapy, while I am under constant supervision and individual psychotherapy to constantly improve.
The Code of Ethics explicitly prohibits any other relationship, other than therapeutic. We cannot go out for coffee, become friends and of course we can never enter into a romantic relationship. The method of communication: email or text message on the mobile, for appointments, for changing - rescheduling appointments and a phone call if something urgent arises. For emergencies, of course, my mobile phone is always available for a call.
I am here to explore together any emotional challenges you are facing in your life at the moment and do not forget that whatever you are going through now will not last forever, it is just a phase of life!! Psychotherapy requires participation and for this reason it is necessary to see how you feel escaping from survival and making efforts for change that can ultimately give you the benefits of a complete life.
